What made you want to invest in real estate?

In my free time, I love being active. I like traveling and doing sports. By playing football, I met André, one of the founders from WunderAgent. Before I decided to invest in real estate, I already planned to do some kind of investment for my retirement planning. But I only had uncertain ideas on what this investment should look like. When I met André, he told me about the SMART Invest concept by WunderAgent and Leipzig as an attractive investment location. Because I liked the concept, I decided to invest my money with WunderAgent in Leipzig.

How did the investment process go?

When André told me about the SMART Invest concept and Leipzig as an investment location, for me the decision was easy. The beautiful 85m2 apartment in Leipzig is located in a very nice area, so WunderAgent found me a secure and attractive investment object. At all times, the process was very comprehensible and transparent. Even Though there were some complications in the beginning and the whole process took much longer than originally expected, my contact person Matthias was always available and took care of all complications. In addition to the SMART Invest service, I also made use of the SMART Finance consultancy. Ahmet prepared a whole calculation, so I could understand the profitability of my investment easily. But since I had a personal contact with WunderAgent, I did not have any concerns from the beginning.

How is the contact with WunderAgent after your investment?

The contact with WunderAgent, especially with Matthias and André is still very good. At the moment, we are even already looking for a new investment property in Leipzig together. Even Though I will certainly leave Germany again sometime, I trust in WunderAgent and the SMART Invest concept, so that I will keep my investment properties in Germany. From the beginning, I was aware that a real estate investment is a long term investment, e.g. my first investment is planned over the next 10 years.
